Could a painless laser make braces faster and more comfortable?
NCT ID NCT04230096
Summary
This study tested if a gentle, painless laser treatment could help people wearing braces. Researchers wanted to see if the laser could reduce common problems like pain and gum inflammation, and possibly help teeth move faster. They compared two groups of 108 young adults getting braces: one group received the laser treatment during regular appointments, while the other did not.
