Summary

This study compares two laser techniques (Moses 2.0 and Thulium Fiber) for removing prostate tissue in men with enlarged prostates (over 80cc). The goal is to see which method is faster and causes less bleeding, with 120 men aged 40-90 participating. Results will help surgeons choose the best approach for improving urinary symptoms and recovery.
