Laser showdown: which prostate surgery technique works best?

Summary

This study compares two laser techniques (Moses 2.0 and Thulium Fiber) for removing prostate tissue in men with enlarged prostates (over 80cc). The goal is to see which method is faster and causes less bleeding. About 120 men aged 40-90 who need surgery for urinary symptoms will be randomly assigned to one of the two laser procedures.
