Summary
This study is testing a newer laser (superpulse thulium fiber laser) against the current standard laser (holmium) for breaking up kidney stones. Doctors will compare how well each laser clears stones, how long the procedure takes, and how safe it is for patients. The goal is to find out if the newer laser is a better tool for this common surgery.
