Summary
This study compares two different power settings for a laser used during minimally invasive surgery to remove large kidney stones. Researchers want to see if using higher laser power is safer and more effective than lower power. The trial will involve 70 adults with kidney stones larger than 2 centimeters who need surgical treatment.
