Summary
This study is testing if adding a special diode laser to a standard deep cleaning procedure helps control gum disease better. Researchers will compare the laser-assisted cleaning to cleaning alone in the same patients. The goal is to see if the laser helps reduce gum pocket depth and bleeding more effectively.
