Laser zaps heart blockages where balloons fail

Summary
This study is testing a laser tool for patients with severely hardened or blocked heart arteries that cannot be opened with standard balloon procedures. It will observe 230 patients who receive this laser treatment to see how well it works and how safe it is. The main goal is to see if the laser can successfully open these tough blockages, and patients will be followed for one year to check for any heart-related problems.
