New laser zaps away facial bumps in hair loss condition

Summary

This study will test if a special laser (1726nm) can safely shrink or remove small bumps that appear on the face in people with frontal fibrosing alopecia, a type of hair loss. Ten adults with these facial bumps will receive the laser treatment. Doctors will measure changes in bump size and number using special cameras and skin imaging.
