Could a laser and stem cell treatment regrow hair?

Summary
This study aims to see if adding a solution derived from stem cells (exosomes) to a laser treatment helps regrow hair better than the laser alone. It will involve 30 men with male pattern baldness. Each participant will have one side of their scalp treated with the laser plus exosomes and the other side with the laser plus a placebo, allowing for a direct comparison over 6 months.
