First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special belt with laser lights can reduce long-term back pain in people who had spinal fusion or decompression surgery. About 80 adults who have had back pain for over 3 months after surgery will wear either a laser belt or a normal brace. Researchers will check pain levels and wound healing to see if the laser treatment helps.
