Summary
This study tested whether a special laser (Er,Cr:YSGG) can kill bacteria inside root canals better than the standard antibacterial rinse. About 56 adults undergoing routine root canal treatment received either the laser or standard care. The goal was to see if the laser reduces infection and pain more effectively.
