Summary
This study looks at whether laser acupuncture can help ease neck pain and improve quality of life for people on hemodialysis. Sixty adults aged 18-65 with neck pain will be split into two groups: one gets standard medical care plus laser acupuncture, the other gets standard care alone. Researchers will measure changes in pain, stress, and quality of life to see if the laser treatment offers extra benefit.
