Summary
This study is testing whether a treatment called laser acupuncture can help reduce neck pain and improve quality of life for people receiving hemodialysis. It will involve 60 adult patients who experience neck pain. One group will receive standard medical treatment plus laser acupuncture, while the other group receives only standard treatment, to see which approach works better.
