Summary

This study looks at whether laser acupuncture can help reduce carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms in breast cancer patients who take aromatase inhibitors. Fifty-four women aged 40-60 will be split into two groups: one gets laser acupuncture plus standard physical therapy, the other gets physical therapy alone. The goal is to see if adding laser acupuncture improves nerve function and reduces pain and disability over 8 weeks.
