Direct cancer injection trial aims to shrink tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether injecting chemotherapy directly into recurrent throat cancer tumors can shrink them before surgery. Researchers will enroll 20 adults whose cancer returned after radiation treatment. Participants will receive three weekly injections followed by standard surgery to measure how much the tumors respond.
