First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at a treatment for large ovarian cysts (6 cm or bigger) caused by endometriosis. The approach combines draining the cyst with a hormone therapy called GnRH agonist. Researchers want to see if this lowers the chance of the cyst coming back and helps protect fertility. The study involves 62 women of childbearing age and will track cyst recurrence and ovarian health over time.
