Summary
This study looks at using laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery to drain pus from liver abscesses, comparing it to standard open or needle drainage. It includes 30 adults whose abscesses are large, have come back, or can't be drained by needle. The goal is to see if keyhole surgery leads to fewer complications, shorter hospital stays, and lower recurrence.
