NYC study aims to break language barriers in health care

Summary
This study works with community partners and NYC public hospitals to help people with limited English get better language services and preventive care. Researchers will develop and test a health literacy program with 17,500 participants. The goal is to increase use of interpreters and improve vaccination and screening rates.
