Summary
This study observed 48 Polish patients with hereditary angioedema (HAE) who were already receiving lanadelumab injections to prevent sudden, severe swelling attacks. Researchers tracked patients for up to two years to see how many remained attack-free, how often attacks occurred, and whether emergency rescue treatments were still needed. The goal was to understand how well this preventive treatment works in everyday life outside of a controlled clinical trial.
