Summary

This study tests whether adding lamivudine, an antiviral drug, to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can stop small cell lung cancer from becoming resistant to treatment. About 28 adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer will receive the combination. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long the cancer stays under control.
