Summary

This study tests whether the experimental drug LAD328 can reduce symptoms of moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa, a chronic skin condition causing painful lumps. About 50 adults will receive either LAD328 or a placebo to compare effectiveness and safety. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink skin lesions by at least 55%.
