NCT ID NCT05462587
First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called AVTX-803 in people with leukocyte adhesion deficiency type II (LAD II), a rare genetic condition that weakens the immune system and leads to repeated, hard-to-treat infections. The trial will compare the drug against a period without treatment to see if it helps restore immune function and reduce infections. Only 4 participants aged 6 months to 75 years are being enrolled.
