This study tests an experimental drug called AVTX-803 in people with leukocyte adhesion deficiency type II (LAD II), a rare genetic condition that weakens the immune system and leads to frequent infections. The trial will compare the drug against a period without treatment to see if it helps immune cells work better. Up to 4 participants aged 6 months to 75 years will take part.
