Summary
This study is testing if adding a small dose of morphine to a standard spinal injection provides better and longer-lasting pain relief during labor. Researchers will compare pain levels in first-time mothers receiving the standard injection with or without the added morphine. The goal is to see if this approach reduces sudden 'breakthrough' pain and improves the overall birth experience.
