NCT ID NCT07277751
First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether the L Test, which involves standing up, walking, turning, and sitting down, is a reliable and valid way to measure mobility in healthy adults aged 65 and older. Researchers will compare the L Test with two common mobility tests (Timed Up and Go and 10-Meter Walk Test) and repeat the tests one week later to check consistency. The goal is to provide better tools for assessing fall risk and mobility in older adults.
