NCT ID NCT07398287
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether L-menthol, a minty compound, can reduce breathlessness and help people with interstitial lung disease (ILD) exercise longer. About 20 adults with ILD will try L-menthol and a placebo in random order, comparing their breathing and exercise ability. The goal is to find a simple, safe way to ease a common and distressing symptom.
