Summary
This was the first study in people to test the safety of a new drug called Kylo-11. It involved 71 healthy volunteers to see how their bodies handled the drug and if it lowered a specific blood marker linked to heart disease risk. The main goal was to check for side effects and see how the drug moved through the body.
