First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether monthly injections of Kybella (a drug that dissolves fat) can safely shrink skin bumps called cutaneous neurofibromas in people with Neurofibromatosis Type 1. Fifteen adults will receive up to six treatments, each spaced at least 30 days apart. Researchers will check for side effects and measure if the bumps get smaller or look better.
