NCT ID NCT06598371
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 18, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study is testing a new cell therapy called KSQ-004EX for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors take a patient's own immune cells from a tumor, genetically modify them to be more powerful, grow large numbers of them, and then infuse them back into the patient to attack the cancer. The first part of the study aims to find a safe and effective dose, and the second part will see how well that dose controls tumor growth in cancers like melanoma, lung, head and neck, colorectal, pancreatic, and cervical cancer.
