Summary

This study follows people with KSHV-associated multicentric Castleman disease (MCD) to learn how the illness progresses and responds to standard treatments. Researchers will collect medical history, scans, and samples over several years. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve future care. Participants must be 18 or older with confirmed KSHV-MCD.
