Summary

This study follows 195 adults with KSHV-associated multicentric Castleman disease (MCD) to understand how the disease behaves over time. Researchers will track symptoms, treatment responses, and survival. Participants receive standard care and regular check-ups for up to 3 years. The goal is to improve future treatments for this rare and serious condition.
