Summary
This study aims to learn more about a rare and serious disease called KSHV-associated Multicentric Castleman's Disease (MCD). Researchers will observe 195 adult patients over several years to understand how the disease progresses, how patients respond to current treatments, and what symptoms they experience. The goal is to gather information that will help develop more effective treatments in the future.
