Can a spoonful of krill oil sharpen your memory?
NCT ID NCT07034794
Summary
This study is testing whether a krill oil supplement called Lysoveta can help improve memory and thinking skills in healthy adults aged 50-75 who have noticed their own memory slipping. About 138 participants will be randomly assigned to take either the supplement or a placebo (a dummy pill) for about 16 weeks. Researchers will use computer tests and questionnaires to see if the supplement makes a difference in memory, focus, and mood.
