New injection plus radiation aims to fight advanced cervical cancer

Summary

This study tests a new drug called KRC-01, injected directly into the tumor, combined with standard radiation therapy for people with locally advanced cervical cancer. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps shrink tumors. About 70 participants will take part, first in a small safety phase, then in a larger randomized phase.
