New stroke injection aims to boost brain recovery

Summary

This study is testing an investigational injection called KPCXM18 to see if it can help people recover better after an acute ischemic stroke. About 300 participants will receive either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo injection for about 12 days. The main goal is to see if the treatment helps more people regain good functional independence 90 days after their stroke.

ACUTE ISCHEMIC STROKE
