Summary
This study looked at whether Korean red ginseng capsules can reduce oxidative stress (a type of cell damage linked to aging) in healthy adults aged 40 to 75. About 900 participants took either the ginseng or a placebo for 12 weeks. The main goal was to measure changes in blood markers of oxidative stress, like MDA. The study is complete, but results are not yet reported.
