Can a fun cooking street get kids to eat their veggies?
NCT ID NCT04190680
Summary
This study tested whether a special school program called the Kokkerelli Learning Street could change how children think about and eat fruits and vegetables. Researchers gave questionnaires to over 200 primary school children in the Netherlands to see if the program improved their food knowledge, cooking skills, and liking for healthy foods. The goal was to understand if this type of hands-on education could lead to healthier eating habits.
