Zap your way to a faster knee recovery? new sleeve tested

NCT ID NCT06341868

Summary

This study is testing a new wearable knee sleeve called KneeStim that uses gentle electrical stimulation. It aims to see if wearing the sleeve during daily activities and rehab helps people walk more normally and regain muscle strength faster after ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers will compare two groups of young military cadets to see if the device helps them return to full activity sooner.
