Scientists map normal knee temperatures in healthy young adults

This completed study looked at 60 healthy volunteers aged 18 to 35 to measure the normal temperature of different parts of the knee using a special camera (thermography). The goal was to create a set of reference values for knee temperature and to see if gender or physical activity level affects it. Participants had no knee pain or history of knee problems.
