First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at 80 people having knee replacement surgery for arthritis. It compared two methods of closing the skin: a special skin glue alone versus the same glue plus a mesh. The goal was to see which method gave a better-looking scar and made patients happier with their healing. Results will help doctors choose the best way to close wounds after knee surgery.
