Summary

This study aims to find the best schedule for treating severe knee ligament injuries. It compares whether having surgery and starting physical therapy earlier or later helps military personnel and civilians return to their jobs and sports activities more quickly and completely. The research involves two separate trials where participants are randomly assigned to different timing plans for their surgery and recovery exercises.
