Summary
This study compares two approaches to managing pain after total knee replacement surgery. Researchers will test whether adding a second nerve block to the standard single nerve block provides better pain relief. The study involves 60 patients who will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard approach or the combination approach, with pain levels monitored for 24 hours after surgery.
