Summary
This study is testing whether combining two types of nerve blocks provides better pain relief than a single nerve block after knee realignment surgery. Researchers will measure how much opioid pain medication patients need and track their pain levels during recovery. The goal is to find safer, more effective ways to manage post-surgical pain.
