New nerve block method may speed recovery after knee replacement

Summary

This study tests a new nerve block technique (quadri-block) against the standard method for pain relief after total knee replacement. About 100 adults with knee arthritis will take part. The goal is to see which approach leads to better recovery and less pain in the first 24 hours after surgery.
