High-Tech navigation aims for better knee replacements
NCT ID NCT04844879
Summary
This study tested a new computer navigation system designed to help surgeons achieve better soft tissue balance during total knee replacement surgery. The goal was to see if using this technology during the operation could improve patient outcomes and recovery. Forty patients who needed a specific type of knee replacement were followed for one year after their surgery to measure their knee function, pain, and satisfaction.
