Summary
This study compares two different surgical techniques for fixing a kneecap that keeps dislocating. Researchers are testing which method provides better long-term stability, causes less pain after surgery, and has a lower chance of the kneecap dislocating again. The trial involves 90 young adults (ages 15-40) who have experienced multiple kneecap dislocations.
