Summary

This study aims to find out which of two common spinal anesthesia medications helps patients recover faster after outpatient knee replacement surgery. Researchers will compare how quickly patients can move their legs and leave the hospital after receiving either chloroprocaine or mepivacaine. The goal is to identify the option that leads to quicker mobility and discharge, which could reduce hospital costs.
