Summary

This study aims to help patients and surgeons decide the best approach when both knees need replacement due to severe arthritis. It compares having both surgeries in one hospital stay versus having them months apart. Researchers will track recovery, pain, function, and overall quality of life for one year to see which timing leads to better results.
