Can a computer make your new knee feel like the real thing?
NCT ID NCT05863741
Summary
This study is testing a new computer navigation system called NextAR. It helps surgeons position a new knee implant to better match a patient's natural knee movement and ligament tension. Researchers will compare outcomes for 100 patients getting a total knee replacement, with half using the new system and half using standard methods, to see if it leads to a more natural-feeling joint.
