New study aims to find the best way to replace Worn-Out knees

NCT ID NCT06486714

Summary

This study will compare two different surgical approaches for total knee replacement in patients with severe arthritis. Researchers want to see if one method leads to better pain relief, improved knee function, and higher patient satisfaction after surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the traditional 'mechanical alignment' technique or the newer 'kinematic alignment' technique, and their recovery will be tracked for one year.
