Summary

This study tests whether a special navigation system (NextAR) helps surgeons place a new knee joint more naturally. 100 adults with severe knee arthritis will be randomly assigned to get surgery with or without this system. The goal is to see if the system helps patients feel so good that they forget about their artificial knee.
