First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study compares two types of nerve blocks to control pain after total knee replacement surgery. About 52 adults having knee replacement will receive either a combination of adductor canal and iPACK blocks or a suprainguinal fascia iliaca block. The goal is to see which method reduces pain and the need for opioids, helping patients recover faster with fewer side effects.
