Summary

This study looked at 60 adults who had knee replacement surgery to see which of two nerve block combinations works better for pain relief. One group received a BiFeS block plus an adductor canal block, and the other received an IPACK block plus an adductor canal block. Researchers measured how much pain medication patients needed and their pain scores in the first 24 hours after surgery.
